The BBQ held on the 3rd August was a huge success. Gonzalo prepared a 5-star meal that started with mini burgers, goat’s cheese and onion jam on toast, followed by a chilled almond soup. Well worth the wait… The meal ended with a mouthwatering steak (says the vegetarian) served with foie gras and sweetbread. The kids were served real sausages with mash and salad.
